Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic Yoga style. Traditional Yoga Asanas are woven together in fluent transition combined with conscious breathing. It strengthens the muscular system and stimulates agility, balance, endurance, concentration and attention. Vinyasa Flow uses both movement and stillness to enhance body awareness, perception, and consciousness.

The lesson (90 minutes, lunchtime 60 minutes) finishes with deep relaxation – during this stillness we draw our attention inward which harmonizes the body and mind while the body builds-up muscles resulting in more refined muscle control.

The purpose of regular Yoga training is to apply these skills to everyday life as well as to let both body and mind experience the pleasures and joy of movement and mobility.

These lessons are located in the Bewegungsräume Brugg.

Individual lessons are available on request in the premises in Brugg, at your home or in Zurich and are offered in German, French and English.
